Ingredients
- ½ Drained sauerkraut
- 2 Chorizo sausages (thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ Cup chopped red onion
- ½ Cup grated cheese
- ½ shredded/blended kale
- 2 tsp chia seeds
Steps
- Preheat oven at 180 degrees
- Add Olive oil in a pan in low heat, toast chia seeds, and add red onion, sliced chorizo (cook for 1 minute) and add kale
- Slice Turkish Pide, spread drained sauerkraut, and add all the cooked ingredients on top, sprinkle with cheese and grill for 6 – 8 minutes
