Ingredients

  • ½ Drained sauerkraut
  • 2 Chorizo sausages (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ Cup chopped red onion
  • ½ Cup grated cheese
  • ½ shredded/blended kale
  • 2 tsp chia seeds

Steps

  1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees
  2. Add Olive oil in a pan in low heat, toast chia seeds, and add red onion, sliced chorizo (cook for 1 minute) and add kale
  3. Slice Turkish Pide, spread drained sauerkraut, and add all the cooked ingredients on top, sprinkle with cheese and grill for 6 – 8 minutes
