  • ½ Cup chicken mince
  • 1 Egg white
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 Cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ Cup chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 cup kale leaves
  • ¼ tsp butter
  • Pepper and salt to taste


  1. Mix Chicken, egg, soy sauce, garlic, coriander and chia seeds and leave in fridge for an hour
  2. Make chicken mince patties (same size as the rolls) and pan fry on non-stick frypan until cooked (use spray oil)
  3. In the same pan add butter add kale and cook for 4 minutes and put on top of the chicken mince
