Ingredients
- ½ Cup chicken mince
- 1 Egg white
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 Cloves garlic minced
- ¼ Cup chopped coriander
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 cup kale leaves
- ¼ tsp butter
- Pepper and salt to taste
Steps
- Mix Chicken, egg, soy sauce, garlic, coriander and chia seeds and leave in fridge for an hour
- Make chicken mince patties (same size as the rolls) and pan fry on non-stick frypan until cooked (use spray oil)
- In the same pan add butter add kale and cook for 4 minutes and put on top of the chicken mince
