Established in 1953, Falcones is an Australian family owned business that combines an unbridled passion for baking with eight generations of baking experience.

Our bakery is a fusion of modern technology and traditional Italian baking where our products are based on authentic recipes that go back eight generations.

When it comes to the quality of our products, we’re pretty fussy. The secret of our great tasting bread is of course in the quality of our ingredients. Naturally, only the finest flour is used.

Located in Minto NSW, Falcones delivers fresh bread daily throughout Sydney, the Illawarra, South Coast, Central Coast, Newcastle, Foster, the Blue Mountains, Central West Slopes, Riverina and the ACT.
