Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 Cup Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Chargrilled eggplants
- 2 Avocados
Steps
- Preheat sandwich press
- Slice Turkish Pide and place the Pide cut-side up
- Mash avocado and spread equally
- Add Sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, eggplants and cheese
- Place in sandwich press, toast until its golden brown
