Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 Cup Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Chargrilled eggplants
  • 2 Avocados

Steps

  1. Preheat sandwich press
  2. Slice Turkish Pide and place the Pide cut-side up
  3. Mash avocado and spread equally
  4. Add Sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, eggplants and cheese
  5. Place in sandwich press, toast until its golden brown
